Technical information

All of our replacement parts come with full fitting instructions and where necessary supplied fitting kits. This allows for straightforward DIY fitting and to reduce the need and expense of bodyshop assistance.

FRP PRODUCTS  

All of our FRP products can be spray painted and the surface finish of our moulds have been carefully produced to provide a surface finish which is ready to spray keeping preperation costs to a bare minimum

LAY-UP FRP  

Our products are manufactured in three main stages. A thin flexible gelcoat is applied, followed by a fine surface tissue, followed by the fibreglass reinforcement and although time consuming this method does provide the maximum strength, flexibility and impact resistance possible from a fibre reinforced product.

'For added strength on all of our bumpers we also use carbon fibre reinforcement in the lower splitter section in the laminate'
